YOUR LOVE FOR EACH OTHER MUST BE UNCONDITIONAL: When our love for each other is conditional, it may not survive the severe storms that a marriage is sometimes subjected to.
We must have agape love love in our marriages for our marriages to thrive. Agape love is unconditional love. Agape is the Greek word for unconditional love which is in reality the love of God.
This is depicted in the verses that follow below:
1 Corinthians 13:4-7) NIV) Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Marriage is a covenant in which you give yourself 100% to your partner. With this kind of love you are actually willing to sacrifice all that you have and are for the good of your partner.And when each partner in a marriage is prepared to do that for each other, that marriage is bound succeed.
