Soldiers always have trainings to keep them abreast with the new levels of either peacekeeping or war strategies and technics. Commandos are special forces that are sent on raids. They are trusted because of the great training they go through. The toughest branch of the U.S army is the Marine Corps. These go through rigorous13-week boot camps where they are trained unlike normal soldiers. Are you going to be a normal soldier? I choose to be in the special forces of Heaven! I pray all my sons and daughters become commandos and marine corps!
We always know that the next year becomes easy for the pastor with the most people at Ministers’ because:

1. The standards set at the convocation set a bar to be followed by the churches and ministries for the next year. This is where even the marksmen, the sharpshooters, the COMMANDOS or marine corps of the ministry are trained!
2. The revival that goes on there with the deep worship, times of focused prayers and setting aside time to be in His presence.
3. The word that is given is deep and from God’s presence. The fact that it comes in those days without much worldly interaction gives you a catapulted spiritual growth of over 3 months in a few days.
4. The impartations there, as God’s servants release great rivers of grace, anointing and favour.
5. The discipline instilled through the set times of prayer and work-outs. You always come from the conference more disciplined to follow goals for the next year.
6. The encouragement that comes with a time set aside from the rest of the world! Many times Jesus would set time away from the crowds to be together with His disciples and God alone to relax in His presence.
7. The deep koinonia, fellowship with other servants of God from within and without Glory Ministries. Many times people have to be forced to sleep because the fellowship is going on till past midnight.
8. The unexpected burst that comes when the Angel of the ministry invades the place and an outburst of His presence moves amidst us.
9. The great time we have in fun and sport is second to non.
10. The servant of God, Bishop and Apostle shares insights into overcoming the plan for next year based on the Word God gave him. The absent ones often lack confidence and get confused on what to do the better part of the next year!
I can share many more reasons but for now I suggest you make all frantic efforts and a big sacrifice to attend the convocation. Every year people who plan not to attend always end up regretting when they hear stories of what happened while those who attend call for more days at the venue and conference!
