On Tithing
By Sj Khumalo
There seem to be deliberations around the tithing topic this week in the streets of social media. We pray that Healthy discussions and understanding will come out of it.
S.J Khumalo On Tithing |
To those that walk in Abraham’s blessing be encouraged to understand that tithing was done way before Old Testament was introduced at Mount Sinai through Moses the vessel.
Abraham was a tither. So was his sons and grandsons.
Indeed we must not tithe because of fear or compulsion but out of revelation. We tithe because we are BLESSED. We tithe because the church needs to cater for priests, orphans, widows and strangers. The Old Testament found tithing being there already.
With that said, to anyone who may choose NOT to believe In tithing, please be encouraged to go more than 10% inorder to substantiate your argument.
There is much more on this topic but we look forward to hear and learn. The body has the liberty to accept and reject otherwise.
We advance!
Shalom.
