Blessing Lubambo: If You Are Married To A Pastor...
If you are married to a Pastor who has a ministry, soak yourself in your husband's teachings more than anything so that the day he is away and leaves you on his pulpit, you don't destroy his vision. You are a helper, not the destroyer.
Blessing Lubambo
Can your husband leave you on his pulpit? The mistake Adam did was to trust Eve with his ministry(garden) to till the ground, she messed up but the Husband was the one to blame.
Do you record him when he's preaching? Do you understand what he understands? Do you believe in what he believes? Are you looking in the same direction as him, Studying the same scriptures? Do you ask him questions about his sermon after service? Do you at least follow the people he follows and listen to the same preachers? I know they may be boring but at least here and there you should know?
Blessing Lubambo: If You Are Married To A Pastor... |
Do you show interest in learning how to till the ground, When Eve sinned God skipped her and Spoke to Adam because the garden is not given to her but to her husband Adam? The garden is like ministry.
The Vision, the ministry is not given to you but your husband, If you mess up in the garden(pulpit) as a Woman, God does not look at you but your Husband. That's why your husband loves you but he will protect it no matter what, When your husband decides that you must sit down and learn first from him, Be humble and learn.
I know one Woman would say "But What if he's called and I am not" well simple Mark 16:15 "Go ye into all the world and preach this Gospel is not for the five-fold ministry but for everyone and to you because you chose to marry a Pastor, You have a responsibility to grow, learn from your Husband.
There's no problem with Sarah Jakes, Joyce Meyer, etc but until today you don't even have one sermon of your husband, or you have it but underestimate his teachings, but you memorize all other sermons...
Does all this sound like torture to you? Then do not marry a Pastor, especially one who has a ministry, Marrying a Pastor is not just a desire it's a Ministry.
To those not married you still have an option not to marry a Pastor if you are not ready. Do not go that route marry a doctor, plumber, engineer, DJ, Soccer player, or architect Not A Pastor.
.
To those married study the materials of your husband, and speak highly of him.
Let his Word come first before any other Pastor. Learn this and you will flourish.
Dear Pastor Marry Well, Take your time.
