I will still play my role; our home must run through good and bad times.

I will still pray for you. You are still a blessing and we still need God.

I will still kiss your forehead good morning hoping that we resolve this.

Even if I am mad at you,

I will not cheat on you. I am stuck with you and we have to figure things out.

Even if I am mad at you,

I will still respect you for walking this journey that sometimes is not easy.

Even when I am mad at you,

I will speak with a warm tone even though my lips want to give you a piece of my mind.

I do this Honey because love always wins,

We have had a really good run and will not let a bump stop us.

I will love you even when you step on my toes because our song is still playing and we need to keep on dancing.

I do this because love is more than a feeling, it is a decision. I choose to love you.

But even as I am kind towards you in my anger, kindly don't take me for granted; I will not take you for granted.
