Is It Possible To Abstain From Pre-Marital Intimacy?

You are not doing it for people, but first, because it is the will of God. Secondly for your own self and thirdly for your life partner. It is a personal decision you make yourself to obey God and keep yourself pure for your future partner...I made that decision years ago at a very young age in my Christian walk to obey God and live a sexually pure life, and today I am 28 years old age and I do not know a woman.

I am not ashamed about it, even to talk about it, in fact, I am proud to have come this far, not leaving out the grace of God that helped me and empowered me to live the life of purity, my family knows about it, my friends, my colleagues, everyone around me know about it, it is not a shame to me...how can you be ashamed of such a beautiful thing?

Yes you will be called names for choosing to obey God, I went through that too...keep going until the right time...purity is possible...3 For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; 4 that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, 5 not in the passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God.1 Thessalonians.

It is possible and you can do it too in this sex-saturated world...with the help of the Holy Spirit it is possible...it starts with a decision...by the way, God willing next year by this time am taking a wife I have shown you by being an example that it is possible.
