A Chisipite woman Pa***oyo Ta***i (26) will rue the day she decided to view her father-in-law's WhatsApp stories leaving inappropriate comments. Her father in law Paul Ruwange (58) decided to call a family meeting after he felt his makoti was out of order. This prompted her husband P**ul Junior (31) to divorce her.

Her messages were shown to the Citizen:

The last straw was when she sent her own inappropriate picture with an open invitation to the hot father-in-law with the caption, "Anytime you want it."

The father-in-law says he felt he couldn't face temptation much longer. "I only wanted them to leave my house. It was awkward sitting in the lounge knowing she wanted to sleep with me. The decision to divorce her is entirely my son's. I have that effect on women, that's why we don't keep maids. If I was a little bit younger, maybe (chuckles) but I am too old for that. I only think about my future and retiring at the farm with my wife. I don't have fantasies of sleeping with my son's wife."

Bishop's Response: While indeed the father-in-law may be looking all young and great, this is totally unacceptable and we have to see beyond the physical into the spiritual. As African people, we have always had a lot of godly principles set in our hearts even before the advent of the missionaries. I wish someone would tell people that these values are not satanic and neither are all Anglo-cultural norms angelic. Today we see, father-in-law and daughter-in-law swimming in the same place, same time saying that is freedom in Christ. This has led to opening doors that our own aspects of culture and the gospel closed. This is satanic and demnic.

Leviticus 20:12 “‘If a man has se*ual relations with his daughter-in-law, both of them are to be put to death. What they have done is a perversion; their blood will be on their own heads.

As I close, its not just about this story, but in general, we have left our commitment to God and become an adulterous generation. If we do not repent, the wrath of God hangs upon us. Do away with se*ual pervesion of all kind: same se*, flirting, cheating, adultery, fornication, se*ting, man-animal, prostitution, and so on.
