My Mother, is a very prayerful woman, infact there is hardly a night she skips prayer. One day, she shared with me some possibilities in God, she experienced and to my greatest surprise i started experiencing same. I vividly remember an encounter I had with my Mom in a dream, it changed my life.
Most times, we tend to overlook or belittle the possibilities our biological parents have, probably because we feel they are not on the stage talking and people are falling under power, or probably because they are not known in our territory or nations.

We all desire to have encounter with great men and women of God, and while that is powerful, do you know you can have an encounter with your biological parents that will change your life, they can impart you with something great.
Most ladies desire to have an encounter with Kathryn Kulhman and trust me that is amazing, but if your Mother, start sharing her experiences with you and the dealings she had with God, you will be surprised and shocked, your mother might not be as popular as Kathryn Kulhman but trust me she might be carrying a mantle that you need.
Most of our parents had amazing experiences with God, but unfortunately they didn't have who to explain to them what those experiences are, and what they can do with it, if they were exposed to the revelation and knowledge we have now, trust me most of them who have done mighty things for God.
In the Bible, King David wanted to build a temple for God, but God told him that no his son Solomon will be the one to build it and King David provided the materials for his son. Imagine if Solomon didn't know that, he is supposed to build the temple his Father couldn't, and he decided to start building altars like Abraham did. In the same manner, most of us are meant to continue from where our parents stop and do what they couldn't do for God, but we are too busy chasing after something else.
May you not spend time chasing after the mantle of popular men only to realize at the end, that the mantle you needed were with your parents but lack of discernment and ignorance made you miss it. Today I want everyone to take out time, and ask their parents about their experiences with God, most of you will be surprised to know the dimensions your parents are walking in, and when you find out, honour them and receive it wholeheartedly.
