3. Affirmations- I love this one. there is great power in affirmations. Affirmations are a powerful reminder of the unlimited potential that is within you. wake up every morning and take time to declare upon your life. Deuteronomy 28 has so many affirmations that you can speak over your own life.
4. Visualisation- Have a vision board of your life that you can stick on the wall and wake up to see every day until it becomes a reality; Before I buy anything I want I first see it or cut the picture in a magazine of the phone or car I need when I see it I visualize until it becomes my reality. (You can also watch the movie The Secret) to create a vision board of your life.
5. Journaling I have many notebooks with me I just love jotting down my thoughts; writing what I am grateful for or what I have learned during the day; The simple act of writing down things I am grateful for can lift my spirits.
6. Exercise- Musanyeperwe exercise does work your mood out I can testify to that. Motion creates emotion; just jogging and listening to motivational songs or teaching can give you sound ideas that can shift you to the next level.
