That means, training 4-5 times a week, fueling ur body with the right foods in the right amounts, getting a solid 7-8hrs of sleep every night and turning these habits. If you haven’t been hitting ur fitness goals, then ask urself, “Are my words matching my actions?”

Make adjustments from there. Taking action is how u achieve ur physique goals or any goal in life. Realize the journey is never gonna be perfect, focus on making small progress every day because it leads to big WINS eventually.
