This is a lesson that I learnt from the 28-day Gratitude Challenge that I did this month. When you look in the mirror what do you see?


The appearance of things changes according to how you see them yourself and the emotions that you attach.

Beauty is in yourself.

Complaining about other people and situations does not help you in your life.

You need to change the person in the mirror positively and you will change. Practising gratitude for yourself will bring about massive changes in your life.

Be grateful for the person you see in the mirror.

Negative feelings about yourself causes damage in yourself . Negative feelings attract discontentment.

Be rich about your own good feelings and you will have contentment.

Go to the mirror and say thank you for being you. Love that beautiful person in the mirror.

Look in the mirror and say 3 things that you are grateful for regarding yourself.

Do not blame yourself when you make a mistake.

When you are grateful and see good things, you can change everything about yourself and all around you.

Things To Do:

1. Each time you see yourself in the mirror say thank you.

2. Say 3 things that you are grateful for yourself.
