Dear Spiritual Leader!
Without dampening the spirit to engage around the petition to allow the Age of Consent to be lowered to 12 years for kids to freely access sexual and Reproductive health services such as condoms, contraceptives, HIV testing, as well as abortion to save a life, may I suggest that the leaders in this platform begin to:
1. PROTECT the sheep already under your care. Inform them, engage them, and pray for them.
2. Empower the PARENTS with information, knowledge, and skills to parent a troubled generation. You may have to invite experts on these matters to help you with this task.

3. ATTEND youth services and have frank CONVERSATIONS (not preaching) with young people so as to connect with them, hear their stories and get a better sense of how to help them. Please don't be angry when you realize some of them are actually sexually active.
4. MAKE A CALL to a Member of Parliament or leader of any Political Party within your reach, express your concerns, and don't be afraid to state your position, of course with reference to our culture, physiological and scientific points of reference against these moves by NGOs.
5. We can never PRAY ENOUGH, let us cry for our young people, their hearts be turned to yours in this wicked age.
