Complications include elevated blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, or other fats (lipids) in the blood, and artery hardening (atherosclerosis). Elevated blood pressure is among the risks. Natural and cooked garlic-not additives-was used as an advantage.

2. Improve cardiovascular health: This also has to be known whether or not garlic can increase the level of cholesterol, but it may have a beneficial impact on the blood and your arteries. Researchers believe that sulfur is converted into hydrogen sulfide gas in garlic by red blood cells which spread the blood vessels and facilitate blood pressure regulations. According to the US Food & Drug Administration recommends 4 g of garlic daily – the size of a large clove-to minimize the risk of heart disease.

3. Give you better hair & skin: Your skin will clear by killing the bacteria that cause acne through antioxidants and antibacterial properties of garlic. Some evidence suggests that raw garlic can be rubbed away from pimples. Yet be mindful that your skin will burn.

4. Protect your food: Within fresh garlic, bacteria like salmonella and E. coli, which contribute to food poisoning, can destroy the same antibacterial characteristics. Yet don't substitute food safety and animal preparation with garlic.

5. Treat athlete 's foot: garlic even battles mushrooms. When the athlete 's foot is on you, soak your feet in the garlic or rub your feet in raw garlic, hitting the itching fungus.
