Feel free to tell the person that hurts you how he/she wronged you, don't be smiling with the person, and inside your heart you are angrily and bitter with the person. Remember unforgiveness leads to hell. "But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins" (Matthew 6:15)

Don't repay evil for evil rather repay good for evil, leave vengeance to God: Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord (Romans 12:19).

Pray for those that persecute you and hurt you: "But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you (Matthew 5:44).
