MUST-READ: I Got Inspired Reading This: The Lame Shall Take The Spoil!

One of Bishop Pride Sibiya's most classical message which you need to listen to is called, "The Lame Shall Take The Spoil!"

It is a message that shows how God, in history, has always taken humble people who had shortcomings, weaknesses, and sad backgrounds on to another level, leading them to discover success in their destiny.

You may be lame in one area or another of your life, have failed maritally, have been a criminal, in prison, failed in relationships, aborted children, had pre-marital and extra-marital sex, smoked and drunk, divorced and are broke, God's message to you through His servant is, you are at the right place: THE LAME SHALL TAKE THE SPOIL!

1. The story of the four lepers is illustrative of the point that the lame shall take the spoil and that God is not limited by your own limitations. (2 Kings 6:24-7:20).

- Lepers were outcasts, to be outside the city (Numbers 5:2). This became a set up for these lepers

- The city was under siege yet they were outside

- They made a decision...and went for it with God...not by might, nor by power but by His Spirit.

-They overcame.

THE LAME SHALL TAKE THE SPOIL!

2. Some lame people God used:

- Abraham: Lied worshipped idols.

- Jacob (The name means, one who supplants, thief) was a trickster but God is called the God of Abraham, Jacob…No matter where you are, God is your God ... can I have an AMEN!

- Moses: was a stutterer, slow of speech, once killed someone yet apart from Jesus, he is the greatest liberator in history.

- Deborah: was a lady and women were despised in the Jewish, androcentric culture yet delivered and judged Israel.

- David: had problems with women, killed someone's husband and did a lot of evil yet He was a man after God's heart.

Mighty men of David: 1Samuel 22:2 And every one that was in distress, and everyone that was in debt, and everyone that was discontented, gathered themselves unto him; and he became a captain over them: and there were with him about four hundred men. ... you can add diseased, displeased, disregarded, disabled, disgraced, dispossessed, depressed, demonized, disowned et.al.

- Isaiah: was not worthy.

- Jeremiah: was young

- Ezekiel: was a single parent

- Amos: no special calling, was a farmer

- Jesus: "son of a carpenter"

- Paul: persecutor of the church, educated but hated.
- John at Patmos: history says he was blind

THE LAME SHALL TAKE THE SPOIL!

When we get to Heaven it’s not the heroes that had it all in life but the lame that received His grace and obeyed His call.

THE LAME SHALL TAKE THE SPOIL!

MAY GOD GRANT US GRACE TO TAKE OVER THE POSITIONS WE WERE NOT WORTH…GRACE.

Receive Jesus Christ today and go to church for spiritual fellowship.
