Dr Chirisa is a good friend of mine and a brother in Christ. I write this to apologise and share with you what this taught me.
Some two years ago, my beloved Doctor blessed me with a nice watch. I was elated by the gift but because the belt was bigger that my palm, I just took it home and left it. After about two years I wanted to use it and saw that the battery had depleted so I decided to get one and get the belt adjusted. I had some other watches to accompany it as well.

Gold and diamond watch |
Doc paid a fortune to get me this watch! Ignorance is bad! Here was I, sitting on gold and did not even know! Sorry Doc for not valuing this gift, ignorance is synonymous to death!
Could it be that until someone who really understands the value of a thing explains you can abuse a great gift. Many of us do not even understand the value of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and no wonder we are still refusing to accept Him as Lord and Saviour. If we only knew how much it cost for Him to set us free, it was very expensive. Sorry Lord for looking down upon what you did for us. I am not sure if Doc will give me another expensive gift after what I did, God will not if we keep refusing His precious gift Jesus: "How much more severely do you think someone deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified them, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace?" (Hebrews 10:29).
