2. Your pastor is accountable for your life (Hebrews 13:17).
3. Your pastor is an extension of God. In other words, your pastor represents God. Your pastor is an example of Christ (1 Corinthians 11:1).
4. Apostle Sibiya says at birth, baptism, wedding….and death your pastor is called. This means your pastor is your life coach and you cannot afford to dishonor him.
5. Every Sunday your pastor prepares a spiritual meal for you, at conferences he invites guest preachers to come and minister to you so that your life can change. All those guest preachers come for you and not for him eg check who gets delivered, prophesied to…often its you.

6. A pastor’s job has no overtime and requires him to be available for you all the time, even at odd hours. Sometimes pastors enter into counselling sessions the whole night.
7. Though congregants may change churches, the pastor is married to his church and will never leave it no matter what circumstance.
8. Apostle F. Muzari says Moses was called to deal with Pharoah who had troubled the Israelites for many years and the duty of the Israelites was to honor and support Moses. The pastor is called to deal with your pharaoh.
9. Respect the servant of God because they have been honoured by God to lead you. Respect the decision that God has made. The Man of God is a decision from God.
10. Honour because it is the right thing to do in God’s eyes.
