1. Because the Lord commands so (Deuteronomy 12:32, Hebrews 10:25)
2. There is power in unity. “Two are better than one...but woe to him that is alone…but how can one be warm alone?”( Ecclesiastes 4:9-11)
3. We need special fellowship. Understand that you cannot fellowship alone.
4. We need to share testimonies. Revelation 12:11 says we overcome the devil with the blood of Jesus and our testimonies.

6. To sow seed. Giving money in church is giving money to God (Galatians 6:8).
7. Its an opportunity to share gifts and talents. You need my gift and I need yours also.
8. It is following the example of Christ. Christ himself attend church (Luke 4:16).
9. Because it is a noble thing to do. Zvakangonakawo kuenda kuchurch (Galatians 6:9).
10. Because your pastor would personally love to see you in church. Every Sunday a shepherd expects to see his flock in church.
11. Every time you attend a church service you are reminded that you are a believer when you see and meet other believers.
12. To have your spirit serviced by the word. Even cars and machinery are serviced at regular intervals.
13. To keep your spiritual fire burning. No log keeps burning on its own once removed from fire.
14. To prepare for the second coming of Christ. The church is His bride and Christ expects to meet a bride without spot or blemish.
15. To participate in corporate anointing and faith. More miracles happen in church than at home because there’s combined effort at church.
16. To look for love but not as a primary goal. There’s nothing wrong for a Christian guy to look for a Christian girl in his church.
