Some see a pastor as a person working to receive money and you miss the blessing. The way you see him/her makes you not to receive your benefits from God. You have to tune yourself to know that he is a gift from God.

I once had a pastor who would borrow money from me and never gave me back. I had to work my life to take it as a service to the Lord. There are many people dying because you receive the pastor in the flesh Heb. 13:7-8 Verse 17 says, "obey."

If you are here and have a desire to be a strong Christian, pastor is not what you see in flesh but the spirit in him that shepherds you. It is not what you see outside. Lot of people are losing blessings because of criticising the pastor. Pastors are people too. Pastors make mistakes too.
