Why Young Pastors Are Falling In Sex Sin!

I write this note not to criticize or condemn ministers of the gospel or the church ... I am not the devil. My desire is to help fellow brothers, sisters, sons and daughters avoid some of these things.

Read on:
1. Over-trusting. Trust is a Christian standard but when it comes to sin do not overtrust people or even YOU. Some people around you are not looking for Christ but you. Be discerning. Do not even trust yourself because your flesh will never "receive Jesus Christ!" How can you trust yourself with touching your sis-in-laws breasts and think its just chiramu(in-law play). Zamu izamu, your sister in law is your child not second wife!

2. Taking too long to marry while at the same time you have ladies at your disposal and do counseling on bedroom issues. If a person of the opposite sex continues complaining about their spouse in their absence temptation creeps in.

3. Counselling people of the opposite sex without your and/or their spouse. What happens when she cries floods of tears before you telling you she has been denied sex the past six months?

4. Leaving your spouse out of ministry. You believe you have 2 enemies in ministry: Satan and your spouse. Learn to value your spouse, without them you go wild sexually.

5. You go alone for preaching engagements, stand alone on posters, platforms without your wife or assistants of the same sex. Some do visitations alone, visit a one-roomed member and sit on the bed.

6. Your assistant you move around with is of the opposite sex.

7. You spend prolonged times without sex for "religious experiences!"
8. You spend time looking at pix of ladies, idolising their bodies etc.

9. You have pastor-friends who venerate sex above all.

Friends who have their conscience seared with a hot iron.

10. You do not believe it is possible to live an adulterous-life.

11. Getting into ministry without having fully done with porn.

The Lord hates uncovering.

12. Allowing people to wear whatever they desire without restraint.

13. Touching sensitive parts of the opposite sex. Some pray touching ladies on their bellies, chest area, "sitters" and some have been reported to say they remove things from their private parts.

14. Letting anyone lay hands on you. Some people have these spirits of adultery/fornication so when they lay hands on you they deposit the same spirit in you.

15. Idolising your looks. There are pastors who still hold on to their power of wooing people of the opposite sex by their looks or status. You are a servant of God but still "feel" yourself. This leads to sexual sin.

16. Talking to members of the opposite sex at odd hours. When you call a woman at midnight and she speaks sleepily you see her image in bed coz the mind works in pix. Do not call members of the opposite sex when late...when it is necessary, do not ask what they are doing.

17. You entertain members of the opposite sex who seem to support the ministry more than your spouse yet they do not like your wife.

18. You do not take your wife's warnings about that other lady serious. When she says, "I don't like the way that lady...to you," discern carefully before dismissing your wife.

19. You do not submit and heed the voice and warning of the Holy Spirit.

20. You do not heed the instruction of others, you are not accountable to anyone, your motto is "it's my life!" You do not spiritual parents, not accountable to the Body of Christ, your Bishop et.al!

The Holy Spirit is helping us to walk in His path. Let us submit to God and we will conquer this world...living right is possible! Be your brother's keeper!
