- Exercise-burns off all agitation producing endorphins, a feel-good substance in the brain, doing away with cytokines which are associated with depression
- Health sleeping habits are crucial.
- Good nutrition avoiding junk foods and excessive caffeine, nicotine and alcohol.
- Good time management.
- Talk to a pastor, counselor, and trusted friend or loved one about what you're going through.
