When God created a woman He did something very deliberately. He left a void in her and that void is to be fulfilled by a man.
A woman can have all the money, education and even a husband but she will never feel satisfied if this void is not filled. Every wife/woman must be loved. For a woman, love is not a want, IT IS A NEED! A want is something ayou can live without but a need is a basic need for earthly survival. A woman cannot live without love. She can literally fall down and die, because of lack of love.
The husband must love his wife as Christ loved the church!

| Men - The First Thing A Wife Needs |
Christ’s love was three-fold:
- Sacrificial, He died for His wife. You need to sacrifice for your wife. Your wife needs a sense of solid security in your life.
- Forgiving, He looked at what those He came for were doing to Him and retorted, “forgive them Father, for they know not what they do!” Women will do a lot of boring things but you got to have a big heart.
- Perfecting, having seen the weaknesses His wife carries, He sends ministers to perfect it so that He can come for a church that is without blemish. Do not expect your in-laws to give you a perfect wife. They won't. They will give you raw material that only you and not aunty, pastor, or papa cannot perfect except you.
However to love someone may mean: to have affection for, to be devoted to, to find irresistible, to be fond of, to be keen on, to care for, to adore, to worship, and to feel for. It is important, again, to know that for women love is not just a want, it is a need, women cannot live without love!
What love is like can be seen in 1 Corinthians 13. Love is kind, patient, long-suffering, not proud, believes in all things, is not rude, rejoices in good...Please just love your woman.
