Stress Antidotes

  • Start with the presumption that your problem has a solution and be willing to look for it
  • Be prepared to move out of your comfort zone to find solutions for problems and challenges you face.
  • Learn to communicate better, both with those close to you and your colleagues- a lot of interpersonal stress can be alleviated through good communication.
  • Find ways to create more time to yourself – both to achieve what you have to, and to relax and be at ease.
  • Change your attitude to stressful situations – do not always expect things to run smoothly.
  • Do not worry about things you can not control – life is not always fair.
  • Tell yourself that life goes on – many things that seem like the end of the world now, will be forgotten in a matter of months.
