Respond To Stress


              It is impossible to do away with stress a 100% but we can choose to respond in a way that is helpful to us:

  • Exercise-burns off all agitation producing endorphins, a feel-good substance in the brain, doing away with cytokines which are associated with depression
  • Health sleeping habits are crucial.
  • Good nutrition avoiding junk foods and excessive caffeine, nicotine and alcohol.
  • Good time management.
  • Talk to a pastor, counselor, and trusted friend or loved one about what you're going through.
